Unfortunately, my package was stolen from me two times. One time from at its shipping facility in my state, the second, in transit to my new apartment. The good people of HJ hooked me up with a whole replacement order the day of it initially being stolen from me (only for that replacement to be stolen too)! Regardless, I'm a long time fan of HJ and the fact that they were willing to replace it free of charge only strengthened my support for them.
